Service is always super slow. Takes an extra 30 minutes after estimated time for food to be ready. Also, be sure to check food before you leave: they'll give you someone else's order. Happened to me twice out of the four times I've ordered from this place.

This was my first time having Wing Stop...we walk in and the entire safe working welcomes us. The menu is packed with options and flavors. My better half and I order 15 wings to get a feel for the offerings of this place with intentions to have leftovers, Lemon Pepper, Hot Honey and Garlic Parmesan. We have a seat and the lady that took our order brings our food to us. OMG...the 1st bite. We knew we be making this place a regular stop! The flavors are perfect, the chicken is premium cuts, the fries are many and SO good. And southern friends....the ranch dressing is homemade! 4 thumbs up from us and all the mamas coming in here, make sure ya duck on that 1st bite!!!

Ordered my food at 7:38 went 2 hrs waiting on my food. Trash service fr don’t waste the money
Ordered delivery. Wings were completely cold. Took over an hour to get 10 wings. Wrong order completely. Would NOT answer the phone and I didn’t get everything I paid for. I’ll be going back to ask for a refund but something tells me they’ll be reluctant in giving it to me.

To my mistake I placed an order here instead of at highpoint, the highpoint store is as unwilling to help me, this team came together and remade my order after it had been sitting all day cause I was at work. Very very grateful, fast and efficient service even tho they were packed !

Lets just start with. I was first in line. Right now theres atleast 12 people waiting on there order. People getting there order before me . They said 15 min. Im now on 45min waiting and my order is no where complete. This is just rediculous. My first and last time i come to this ghetto ass wingstop. Theres kids here taking up space. I understand if you don't got a babysitter and you have to bring your kids to work but don't let them be running everywhere.

Ordered on ubereats. According to the number on the bag, there was supposed to be 2 bags, but only one was given to my delivery driver. I even talked with my delivery driver and he had even asked the employee if that one bag was it and he was told it was!! I ordered the all in bundle that came with 16 boneless, 6 tenders, large fry, and 3 ranches. And then an order of 4 tenders. I only received the fry and boneless wings which half of them were the wrong flavor. I tried to call down to see if they even had my other bag of food but no one answered the phone, I waited for someone to pick up for 35 minutes. I have pneumonia and bronchitis so I didn’t/couldn’t drive down to the store if they didn’t confirm.

Have to leave one form by business account but it is shameful how many times I’ve ordered wingstop on end and always have uncooked chicken I never in my life have ever left a bad review no matter how much the food was bad but this is concerning…this is raw chicken being sold to other people than me there’s been over 5 different times I’ve had food that was not cooked all the way and never reported because some of the food was atleast good but it’s sad to even have to go through this because they want to rush you can not rush chicken smh delivery for sure but so has carry out been the same ??♂️
