This is by far the worst service I've ever gotten at a wing stop. Why does it take you almost a hour to get your food, like this is really ridiculous. I really love wing stop but after going to the closet one hear my house I won't be going back. I'll just travel to the one further away. Y'all need to get better service and speed up the process.

We ordered three combo meals. When we got home, we realized we didn’t get the sides for any of them. Called 15 times to this location, and no one picked up. The boneless wings were extremely hard and mostly breading. The regular wings were okay. First time trying a Wing Stop, pretty disappointed!

They don’t seem to manage their orders well. I’ve Been to this location a few times and always order online. The food is NEVER ready the time the online ticket states that it will be. It never fails I have to stand around and wait like so many others. Not efficient at all! Get it together Wingstop!

Similar experience to the summit square, placed order in advance online and the wait time approximation is not remotely close. Placed an order at 11:05pm for pick up between 11:21-11:26pm. Got there at 11:20pm and left with my food at 11:45pm. Doesn’t matter how good the food is, if you value your time don’t order Wingstop.

Do yall know how to follow directions? I asked for extra seasoning & well done fries, got neither of that. Also asked for well done wings and these wings are close to being raw rather than well done. To top it off the wings are dry. This is my second time getting disappointed by this location.

Waited 30 minutes for a to-go order all because the staff was prioritizing online orders. Not to mention that we ordered before 3 separate groups( not online orders) and they got their food before us. Not sure what that was about. It doesn’t help that the kitchen had 4 people working total. Everyone in the dining area was a little ticked off.

Would not recommend this location at all. Service was super slow even though they had so many workers in the kitchen. It seemed like the employees were more concerned with standing around talking to each other than working and getting the orders to customers. This location needs to improve on their customer service, professionalism, and timeliness. I will not be retuning back to this location.
