Ordered from here on October 17. Did not get all of the food I ordered. Called back and was told that my order was in two bags and the second bag was still there. I don’t live close enough to go back so I requested a refund. Was told it would be 7-10 days for the refund. Today is day 10 and still nothing.

Idk if this is how wingstop generally operates because other locations I’ve been to have given me the same experience, but yall clearly need to hire more people.
I understand that I chose to come in during a busy rush (sat evening), but waiting for an hour and a half for 8 wings is ridiculous.
It seemed to miraculously get ready and made after asking a second time once another 30 min had passed.
Leaving one person on the register to take and check orders and phone calls is insane. Despite that, the man handling the register was doing relatively well and still polite despite the chaos.
Also the older man who bagged and handed me my food was not wearing gloves when doing so, touching my fries with his bare hands. Please stop putting fries in open baskets wingstop, it’s gross and unsanitary.

Manager rolled his eyes when I checked my bag and noticed that my fries had no seasoning, also forgot my celery sticks. Completely rude.

The restaurant was easily assesible to and from the major highways and had plenty of parking spaces. The restaurant was very clean and well stocked. It had a nice quiet relaxing atmosphere with light music playing. The staff was friendly and well mannered. The manager, Dominique ( I believe) was very friendly and helpful. She had all the employees in an upbeat vibe and doing their jobs to perfection. The food was awesome and hot. We will be returning to this establishment and I will let all my family and friends know where they can get great tasting food at a clean restaurant with great service and laid back atmosphere. Love love loved it !! Thanks

We had a group of 4. 2 Had never been, 2 had. I read through previous reviews & was thrilled we didn't have the same experiences. Staff was very patient while the new-bees tried to figure out what they wanted. Dining room was clean, food was better than I expected and fresh. We only had a small wait for an order of corn.
We all ordered wings - classic & boneless, fries and corn. No one had complaints! I'm looking forward to going back and trying another flavor. Hopefully, we will have the same experience. This was a Saturday night around 7:30, we ate and chatted and were back in the car before 9. This place was non-stop while we were there. It was primarily online orders. But, the amount of orders that went out was impressive.

We came in and ordered three combos and waited just over an hour for our food. They had a lot of door dash orders and I understand there are times on those orders, but do dining in customers take no priority at all?? The girl who took our order was nice and apologized for the long wait. The food was ok. If not for the crazy long wait I probably would have given a better rating. The Cajun wings were the best, but I probably won't go back.

Kinder Cleaning

I wish I could give them no stars I ordered wings online in the parking lot of wing stop and they sent my order to another location 18 minutes away !!! I asked them to make my order here and they refuse I called the other store and they clearly stated it’s no reason for them not to be able to make my order but the manager Courtney refuse to make my order she was rude and real mean to me… I will never order them this place again thanks a lot Courtney !!!!!!

Ordered online. Got there 10 minutes later. So I patiently exported for 30 minutes in my car to allow for the 20 minutes till ready….. walked in to staff aseguren arguing and was told the order never came through although she printed it right out and made the wrong in 10 minutes…. Def not crispy line I ordered. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Awful experience. Ordered through the app on a road trip. If I could give 0 stars I would dont go here. Online the order said it would take 35-40 minutes so I didnt set the time to later because that was how long it was going to take for us to get there. We got there to already cold food. The fries are soggy and basically inedible hoping the air fryer can save them when we get home in an hour. Wings were cold and sauced wrong. Husband tried to buy us drinks because I forgot to when ordering and the staff was more interested in texting than handing him the cup to get his drink. He paid and had to stop the team member from going to the back to ask for the cups.
You can also tell they dont clean their drink machine the drinks all taste off.

Im so glad this isn't the one local to us because they certainly wont get our business again id rather go out of the way to go the asheboro, high point, or Greensboro rather than come to this one again.
