came in tonight and ordered the same thing we always order, they made the order wrong and the employee was to busy on his phone to put down the tenders at the appropriate timing, the managers were acknowledging that he was on his phone and did not say anything to him. after sitting and waiting on our food, we finally got the food just to check and it’s wrong, so we asked for the food to be remade. One of the I’m guessing managers offered to remake it herself and her hair was down so I mentioned sure if you can put your hair up, the cooks remade the food, guess it wasn’t worth her putting her hair up to her, doesn’t sound like good manager material to me. after getting home the same flavor tenders I get every time, the were SUPER hot, I don’t believe they made “new tenders”, I believe they just tossed the hot ones in the bbq sauce. WORST experience I’ve ever had there, will not be returning and don’t advise anyone else to come to this location either!!!
I work in food myself, and I would be appalled to treat my customers with such a nasty attitude and experience!! Someone needs to review night time management!!

Usually this is my go to spot at least once a week!! But after tonight I will never step back in there. First off I walk in there is a girl in the back with her hair DOWN long hair remind you no kind of hair net or anything other worker a younger gentleman he couldn’t seem to stay off his phone even had to go get a charger to plug it up. Keep in mind you can see the whole kitchen from the lobby.. so after about 30 mins waiting for two tender combos we received the food order which was made wrong completely wrong so I asked to remake my order which they did to only make it wrong again! Got home with the food and my girlfriend’s bbq tenders was so spicy she couldn’t even eat them. Hints the tenders we asked to be re made was hot tenders which she don’t like. So I’m sure the hot tenders was just tossed in bbq. Just overall really bad experience there and really disappointed in this visit!

This was my very first time eating at Wingstop and let me tell you....I want to go back. I ordered 8pc classic with seasoned fries with ranch and everything was OFF THE CHAIN; the chicken was crispy and fries was well seasoned and the workers were very hardworking. Wingstop you put a smile on my face.

Ordered from here on October 17. Did not get all of the food I ordered. Called back and was told that my order was in two bags and the second bag was still there. I don’t live close enough to go back so I requested a refund. Was told it would be 7-10 days for the refund. Today is day 10 and still nothing.

Idk if this is how wingstop generally operates because other locations I’ve been to have given me the same experience, but yall clearly need to hire more people.
I understand that I chose to come in during a busy rush (sat evening), but waiting for an hour and a half for 8 wings is ridiculous.
It seemed to miraculously get ready and made after asking a second time once another 30 min had passed.
Leaving one person on the register to take and check orders and phone calls is insane. Despite that, the man handling the register was doing relatively well and still polite despite the chaos.
Also the older man who bagged and handed me my food was not wearing gloves when doing so, touching my fries with his bare hands. Please stop putting fries in open baskets wingstop, it’s gross and unsanitary.
