Placed online order and my corn was over seasoned and burnt and nobody was able to answer the phone and they close late. Then once I took food back staff was very rude

Staff are rude, service is slow, and their A/C has been out for weeks (which might explain the employees' horrible attitudes, come to think of it). Never had a good experience here, in 4 or 5 visits in the couple months they've been open.

Placed an online order. Got a 20 for $20 deal of bone in wings. Should have been 10 Garlic Parmesan, 8 Louisiana Rub and 2 Mexican Street Spice. I also ordered fries and added 2 Crispy Tenders. When I was handed my bag, the person read my complete order off and it was right. I looked in the bag to just make sure it looked like everything was in there. There were 2 large styrofoam containers and an open tray of fries. I assumed everything was right. I got home and took everything out and there was only 11 wings. So I’m not sure how it could be 9 wings short but it was. I could understand accidentally being short 1 wings but 9 is pretty hard to believe. The food tasted ok. What wings I did have, I couldn’t even tell if there was flavor on them. So I’m not even sure I had the right order. The fries had too much seasoning and if I would have ever ordered from here again, I won’t, I would have ordered the fries extra done. I knew ordering wings like this would be a mistake but the only way to be sure was try. Now I know.

The voodoo fries I purchased are super delicious...service was very kind...will definitely order from here again...this was my first Wing Stop ever and am hoping they are all this great...

I've been 3 times since this location opened and food is always hot and ready for pick-up. I highly recommend asking for your bone in wings to be fried hard.😋 So far this has been the most efficient wing stop to open in Winston-Salem.

I was worried about ordering after reading the reviews but I had to give it a shot anyways. We placed a big order and I wasn’t expecting much. But surprisingly the wings were cooked well and we all enjoyed the different flavors. Definitely will order again.
