Im never the type of complain or ever leave a review because its never that serious but i feel like this was just weird i understand busy weekends and busy days but the restaurant wasnt even that busy , so simply the food was not what i asked , and thats fine everyone makes a mistake but whats not okay is having a attitude and slamming plates , i always use to come here i love the food but thats simply not what i asked for and if it was YOU , you would wanna change your food too especially if you dont like it and ITS NOT WHAT YOU ORDERED and im the type of person who never sends back a plate i simply just say oh ill just eat it but come on now i just didn’t like it , getting my order fixed wasnt the problem at all ! ( the problem is how he acted , the lady was very sweet so nothing towards her the guy was nice at first then after that incident you can tell it changed and the men waiter had an attitude slammed my plate and rolled eyes acting like i didn’t see him i understand people make mistakes but acting like that doesn’t get you nowhere in life , we all grown adults do better , like i said i never complain NOWHERE EVER so for me to even write this is super rare

So we used to love to come and have dinner with our family and friends but this past weekend it was just bad, first when we got there all the servers and manager were sitting at the front table by the hostess stand, we believe it does not look good for a restaurant to have there staff sitting down eating in the front, we get seated and food and drinks came out fast, I believe that it was one of the staff members child that is running around playing. That also does not look good at all!!! server did a great job she was a young lady, food I would give a 7/10 drinks were very good a 9/10 we don’t know what happened but a few months ago it’s was definitely not like this!!!!

My son and I came here around 11am on a Monday. We were the only ones there for a hot minute and they sat us at booth near the window. Service overall was quick. We ordered the cheese dip and it was good, but not very thick. The chips were also just okay. I ordered the lunch size portion of the fajita quesadilla but left off the peppers. I think the portion was just right for what I needed. The quesadilla was good and the steak was not dried out. The rice was not the best and arrived room temperature, not as fresh as I would have hoped. The beans were average. My son ordered the cheese quesadilla with rice. They brought it out with fries at first, but quickly brought out rice when I corrected them. The fries were bland and definitely not worth getting with very little seasoning. I got sweet tea with my meal and it was the perfect amount of sweet. I appreciated that they offered a to go cup. Overall, it was your average Mexican food experience. The place is on the smaller side so I would say it probably gets full quick during the busier times.

We visited Xcaret Mexican Grill and Cantina in Winston-Salem on New Year’s Eve, and overall it was a great experience.
I ordered a burrito, and while it was flavorful, I was a bit disappointed with the size. It was definitely on the smaller end of a standard burrito, especially compared to the Mission-style (or larger) burritos I’m used to getting at many restaurants. That said, the quality of the food was still good.
The real standout was the chorizo queso — absolutely divine. Easily one of the best I’ve had. The margaritas were quite delicious, well-balanced, and perfect for ringing in the new year.
The staff were attentive, friendly, and on top of things, especially impressive given how busy New Year’s Eve can be. Service really helped elevate the overall experience.
Despite the burrito size being smaller than expected, the great drinks, excellent queso, and solid service make this a place I’d happily return to.

Came in with the group of 12 for an early lunch on a Saturday, they very easily accommodated us.
Food was good, fast. Service was good. I had their Quesabirrias, and it was delicious. Worth a try Mexican restaurant.
