Service was great. Most of the food was delicious ( steak, eggs,crabcake, salad, gravy). Shortcomings were the hash browns that appeared to have been sitting, biscuit that was amateurish, and one order of eggs that were cooked on heat that was to high.
The food was wonderful at this place but the service was terrible - thus, the 3 star review. This place is SLOOOW and the energy is SLOOOW. The host staff were rude and lazy. Bar staff was great - cheerful and quick.
The quality of food here is sooooo stellar!! The breakfast here is really good. The French toast is so bomb and the bacon is perfect. I mean, just right. Not undercooked, overcooked, too flimsy, not too crunchy. All my food seemed cooked to order. I've eaten here like 3 times in the past 3 weeks. The location is a great location, but it's busy. Literally in the heart of downtown with all the goings on going on. But the restaurant is so cozy and sweetly decorated....
