The best family friendly yogurt ice cream place in town. My family loves this place. The owners are super nice. They always treat us like family. Only drive thru available currently. They have a wide variety of choices on the menu. I love the strawberry colada shake. Definitely recommend this place.

Zack's has the absolute best frozen yogurt. They have sugar-free options which I love! Customer service is top notch. Plus, they always give my dog a small "puppacino" (whipped cream)!

The service was slow but there were only 2 people working, they were really nice as well. The frozen yogurt is amazing but if you order a large that means your getting a to go soda cup. The place was small but cute.

Delicious and fat free. Reminds us of our favorite frozen yogurt place in California. Where you don't pay per ounce but you pay for a small medium or large. I just wish they had one closer to us in High Point/Thomasville area.

An absolute staple!At the time of this review (6/5/23), Zack's is currently drive thru only, with no estimated date for the indoor portion to reopen. However there are a few benches out front, and they do a great job packaging items to go in the drive thru. Zack's has several flavors that stay on the menu all the time like chocolate, vanilla, and cheesecake, and they also have rotating flavors including sugar free options! My favorite of the rotating flavors I've had recently was the blackberry! I got it with whipped cream, which tasted fresh, not reddi whip. It was delicious! I usually go for a rotating flavor to switch it up, but I always love the cheesecake - I like to add heath bar and caramel syrup.On this visit, we also sampled a banana split, which is fully loaded and highly customizable! Delicious, great presentation, just right! The hot fudge cake is also a delicious classic!The ladies that work here have been working at Zack's for as long as I can remember and you can always guarantee a super friendly and great experience as far as service. They are so kind and you really get the family owned feeling from this place. Keep in mind while you can add toppings, this is not a load up your own/pay by weight kind of place. My favorite spot for froyo!

I love to go to Zacks after a basketball game. It's super affordable and the texture is sooooo delightful. I love the fact that they have special flavors every week, including a sugar free option. They also have several different sizes, so you have a lot of options. Sometimes when I don't finish mine, I put it in the freezer and eat it the next day. The texture stays the same, and it's still amazing.

I really had high hopes for this place. I had heard many good things. Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience. I did not like the frozen yogurt I ordered because it tasted funny, sort of like a plastic taste. I asked if I could just switch it out for chocolate. The ladies insisted I paid another $3.00 for another cup. They proceeded to be ugly towards me and said there frozen yogurt didn't taste like plastic.. etc. I told them to keep their frozen yogurt and requested my money back. I went home feeling so out of sorts and upset. They made me feel so bad for not liking one flavor. The chocolate flavor is really good though. One day I'd love to give this place another try, but they need to work on their customer service.
