Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

My husband and I both ordered salads (a Fried Cobb and a Grilled Zensation) which were awful. The lettuce in both were slimy, brown and gross. It wasn't fresh and should not have been served to people. The Zensation salad had to be tossed because it was in edible. We also ordered a Signature sandwich with No Zax sauce but wanted Tongue Torch sauce instead; that sauce was missing and so were the extra pickles we paid for. I thought the sandwich was chewy and tasteless. My husband got the Signature Sandwich meal, very little Zax sauce and chewy as well. We were very disappointed as on our first visit during Veterans day, we received two Signature Sandwiches which we thought were much better tasting and quality than another restaurant chain we use to frequent. But after this visit, not sure what happened to the taste and quality.

Love Zaxbys. Recently started visiting this location as it’s closer to my house and my job changed so I don’t go close to the one anymore. I love their chicken.

I didn't like the Zaxby salad that I got. The chicken eas on top with coleslaw slaw then lettuce on bottom. However, they loaded the salad with thick teriyaki sauce. It made everything talk yuck. Won't get it again.
However, my grandson got chicken wings and tenders with fries. I tasted the fries and they were really good as well as a generous amount. He said the chicken was delicious. So I will try it next time.

I’ve been to this location twice now, and both times the food was piping hot and seasoned perfectly. Great flavor and quality! I’ll definitely be back.
