Ordered online 5 min before arrival then arrives in drive thru and was told I need to wait 5 minutes. Came inside and no explanation why I needed to wait. What if I ordered through drive through would I have to have waited longer?

The parking lot was empty so that should tell you about this place. The girl at window was rude and shoved my drink in my hand. She forgot my $1 change and got mad like it was my fault. She told me that didn’t have ketchup as I’m looking at it.
I ordered wings and things with buffalo wings abd the wings are chewy and not done. So were the chicken tenders. The only thing decent were the fries and they were dry with no seasoning. I recommend the food police go in and shut them down. The attitudes in there are horrible

Ordered a salad & they forgot my dressing. Now I’m at work eating a dry salad. & it’s not the first time. This place specifically. I will not be back. & they make their employees stand outside like their chicfila. Have an original thought & don’t forget ppls main ingredient to enjoy their food ?

This is the worst place to ever get chicken from everyone here looks like they're on drugs or dirty or missing teeth or either not looking like they wanting to deal with the customer this is the worst waste of money I've ever had in my entire life I wish I could have the time back that I spent being at this unprofessional establishment I might need to get a technic shot just from being inside of the store not sure what's going on with the bathrooms it looks like they've never seen maintenance the entire time this building was built and there might possibly be rodents I do see evidence of that and whoever is the person with the missing teeth that likes to be loud is incredibly rude

I wouldn't have even given you one star if I didn't have to press on one to start this review, I can't eat certain things and this place can make accommodations for me a couple of times, but now all of a sudden they can't, and then they blame it on the fact that some of the staff can't read English, but there have to be some staff there that can read English since they made the accommodations before, anyway this place and their employees, managers included sucks and I hope they get shut down very very soon

Thought I'd give this place one more try. I ordered the Beast box to share with me and my kid it was plenty of food it was ready before I even got my change back. The chicken needed a little more flavoring I think
