went in at 9pm the lady at register had a major attitude and was bothered we walked in this is so unproffesional if u dont like ur job why work there miserable never again coming back to this place bad customer service.

BEWARE: If you have a shellfish allergy, DO NOT eat any fried foods at Zaxby’s while they are serving shrimp! They use the same oil for ALL fried foods. I had to take Benadryl after eating chicken fingers. I called the store and the manager just apologized, but sounded like he could care less about my concern. I called the corporate office. I received an apology and told the owner of the franchise would be notified. It’s bigger than that! Someone could die if they have a severe allergy to shellfish and don’t know about them using the same oil. Thank God my allergy is not severe and I didn’t end up in the hospital. I will NOT be going back to Zaxby’s as much as I love their food because it’s not worth risking my life! And yes, it’s that serious when you have food allergies.Dietary restrictions: Shrimp and chicken are fried in the same oil.

Ghetto and uncomfortable! Too many kids there. Pants sagging and a gentleman took my order with a ski mask on and pants sagging. Why wear a ski mask. Lady time I came they had bonnets on !!!!

I have had 3 meals from this Zaxby's location in the past few months. The first time, I dined solo at the restaurant. The counter clerk was patient and friendly to me, a Zaxby's novice. The dining room is fast food style, with hard bench seats and utilitarian lines. The food is tasty, but there is too much fat in a meal for it to be wholesome. I had chicken tenders with fries, slaw, and Texas toast. I tried the Zaxby's sauce but preferred the chicken without it. On two later visits, I got takeout for myself and my mother. The food was ready super quick, and my orders were accurate. Good value for the quantity of food they give you.Parking: The free-standing Zaxby's is in the lot of a strip mall with plenty of parking.

10 Piece Boneless Wings Taste like they’d been sitting under heat lamp for a long time. Chicken wasn’t fresh at all. One had a hint of pink in the center. I missed the days when the chicken was fresh out the oil. It’s actually pretty good when cooked to order. Hadn’t had food from this location in years. Due to this service, I may never come back. Smh

Really fast drive-thru, the food was still really hot.
Employees were really nice and provided great customer service. The restaurant was clean and they made sure to check the tables and floors for trash. I haven’t been to this location in a very long time. I will definitely return.
