Do better with your DoorDash and Grubhub orders. We are paying customers too. Always forgetting items. I ordered a shake and didn’t receive it. Ridiculous.

Zaxbies is always awesome. This location is alot better than most

The ladies working at this location tonight were awesome. I ordered the Great 8 boneless wings meal, and when I got to my car and opened the box, I had what was the Great 18 boneless wings instead. They obviously hooked me up without saying a word. So I wanted to leave this review to thank them. Hopefully they'll see it.

As a frequent customer of this Zaxby's, they rarely let me down. Whether on a weekend or in a pinch on a work day, the wait is never long and the staff are very friendly.

My only compliant is that the tables are sticky sometimes when I sit in. Still, very good Zaxby's.

Not the best service i ordered on the app and i had to sit in the drive through for 30 minutes and they got my order wrong and were kinda rude.

As a first time customer, we were greeted by the Manager Tamara- and she was amazing. Her staff was on point with food order. Restrooms are clean, and restaurant area was very clean, as well. A truly wonderful experience - will definitely come back again and again. Thanks so much, Tamara, for a job well done.

Food was good and staff was friendly but they don’t know how to mop the entire place is slick and they have thermostat on about 80 degrees. Sitting inside eating sweating like crazy is not ideal. Typically you go inside to get out of the heat.
