We go many times during the week, but today, the food was not good, and the service was off today. I had the cobb salad. The lettuce was wilted, one slice tomato that was mushie,no bacon or onion bits. My daughters got the shrimp and was not as good as she thought it would be. The fries in my grandchildrens meal were cold. We were disappointed, but we like their chicken, so we will try it again.

Service was great, but the floors, especially in the restroom, are absolutely treacherous with grease.

Stay far away from this zaxbys. I have ordered food from this place numerous times and unfortunately all my experiences have ended with less than poor customer service. Every time I have ordered food from here the staff always has an attitude and are very dismissive as if you are bothering them and that’s not counting all the times they forget things. I waited at the intercom for 5 mins before I had to pull around because nobody wanted to answer. When I got to the window the staff was very rude and seemed to not care. They have no manners what so ever. This place needs new management and new staff. Same problems different day. I will be calling corporate to tell them about my experiences here. I’ve had it with this place and will not be returning. I get that the fast food industry can be stressful because I worked it before but there is no excuse to be that careless and rude especially when the customer is respectful. Good day and do better.

Come here often but seems like service is taking a downward spiral. Hit or miss. Came today for the salad special but of course I assumed it was discounted after I ordered but checking the receipt later shows I paid full price and not the Tuesday zalad special. I should have know because at times they forget to discount at the register which is not great service but I get it. New faces working all the time so constant training. My issue is what kind of floor cleaner do you use at the Hanes Mall area location because the floor is always like glass and people constantly complaining about it while there but yet never a change and always like an ice skating rink inside.

Most times is decent but today I had the Buffalo wings traditional and they are fried so hard. I now remember why I stopped getting wings there. It's the worst. Fried so hard the meat and the skin almost another element. I give it a 3 only because the fries always hit the salads are amazing but everything else they are not all thay great. The tacos are expensive for them to not put decent strips on there, and too many times I got a sandwich and the bread was stale. I work close so I stop here alot and most times eat back at the office so do not have time to get it fixed. Zaxby's used to be one of my favorite places and now Im just not sure.

The food is a hit and miss. I have been here 3 times, and it has been only one time out of the 3 that the food hot and fresh and once it was OK and then the other time it was bad

My husband and I walked in, but then walked back out without ordering. The sanitation rating is a firm B at 85.5. Yuck. ? I don't want to get sick. Also, the floors are sticky, but then, every Zaxby's that I've been to has sticky floors. Do they not change out the water or use strong enough detergent??

Do better, I was missing a piece of toast and got charged. The lady at the window and the cooks needa be fired, I got like a mix of coke and sprite for some reason too instead of a normal sprite, refill the damn machine.

Sadly to think I have to rewrite this review. Sadly, Zaxbys has gone downhill. The food quality and amount I paid for for the amount I got was not to par. The Huge 10$ salad well wasn't even close to what it use to be and didn't taste as it use to and honestly I doubt I will be return to a zaxby again if this is a thing.

I tried returning some food from the Peter's Creek Parkway location here, I was a little turned around...the lady at the counter was very nice and able to look up where the original order came from using the order number. Gave me directions and I was on my way. 4 star review is only due to not eating here, and the smell inside was a little heavy with grease.Thank you Hanes Mall Blvd!
