Came in with a party of 10 teenagers and 2 adults, no one complained about the group size at all, instead they all went to work and got our food out super fast and had everything right. Great job guys!

Restaurant very dirty. Drink machine needed correction for the Coke products. Tea container past the 'discard' date/time. One of our orders was prepared wrong. Music way too loud (couldnt hear our name being called for order pickup). Other than that, awesome experience.

Tried the Zaxbys on Hanes mall boulevard. They have a new salad. I wanted to try out, but it has too many total carbs . My wufe git it and she loved it. I ate the grilled chicken cobb salad . It was great as well. The manager was awesome she joked around with me about my keto. That made me feel like I was family, not just another customer. That is how everyone should feel when eating out.
I ordered a kids finger and got 2 orders of fries and no chicken. Also ordered a unsweet tea and got a sweet tea. I discovered this when I got home. The other 2 sandwiches were right. Needless to say someone went with chicken. They were not busy so there was no reason the order could not be fixed correctly. Very disappointed so it may be awhile before I return!.

For you & your child's benefit I wouldn't eat here OR WORK here.Doug one of the ex assistants was allowed and accompanied with to do messed up things to new employees belongings. Also stated before he left he can't "wait to see" whatever was planned. To which the general manager raven was told. There will be negative talk on your body and appearance by staff members (including if you work there) jokes about spitting in food that aren't jokes. I could go on.I worked there for as long as I could but never let a company treat you like garbage due to something personal within themselves they dont like. Hurting people hurt people.Also waiting to hear from HR, I asked the assistants and general but nothing.

Please for the love of god don’t go here. Staff are rude, completely incompetent, and it took 25 min to get a Togo order when we were the only 2 people inside, which they didn’t get right so we had to wait longer for the correct items. All in all, 38 min of my life wasted. Plenty of staff too, no shortage of people working back there. They just ruined Zaxby’s for me. Go literally anywhere else near

cashier was a little cutie-patootie, he took my order like a champ, as well as other things ;). however, a few points to improve on:- disgusting. i hated it all. - the drink machine was broken- it was disgusting. its like if cookout and bojangles had an incest baby.- tender meal best described as "Kentucky fried buttcrack"
