Zesto Burgers & Ice Cream

We were next door for an appointment and decided to give Zesto a try. We were all impressed. The burgers, dogs, wings (best I’ve had in a very long time), fries, and onion rings were great! Service was fast and friendly and they returned to our table to make sure we were satisfied. I’m glad we stopped here and will be back.

Sabrina from Zestos was extremely rude. Did not have what I wanted after we oredered and payed for it. After we payed Sabrina decided to tell us that she did not have what we wanted. So I asked for onion rings instead. She said we could not get onion rings. We asked for a refund and she said we could not get it because she had already made the food that did not exist. Traveled all the way across town to support this black business and I am really disappointed. If I could give zero stars I would. Sabrina should be fired.

Worst experience ever. The food is greasy and just downright gross. Service was slow, fries were soggy, burger literally dripping in grease. Awful. Avoid at all cost.

This was our first visit. Such a yummy treat!! Delicious food cooked to perfection! We placed our order online and received it exactly on time.We were so satisfied with our food that ofcourse we had to get ice cream. I will definitely bring my family back on our next visit to Winston Salem.

Went in today because I am a huge fan of the Zesto's in Columbia, SC and thought the chicken would be the same - it is not! However, the crispy chicken wing basket here was delicious! The wings were nicely seasoned and super crispy, and the fries were decent. Unfortunately however, the service left a lot to be desired! Our server/cashier had a horrible attitude and spoke to us condescendingly when we asked a simple question. So unnecessary! Is it too much to ask for friendly service?! Bottom line, food was decent, but we'll likely never return.

This place has become progressively worse. I am done with them at this point. Their customer service is atrocious. I am done giving them chances.

Customer service is awful, everyone but maybe1 or 2 of the staff has a nasty attitude. Never stay stocked, food can be good if it wasn’t under cooked.

I guess it would prove to be beneficial to call before going, just to see what they have in stock... it’s disappointing when you want to patronize this establishment on your lunch break only to find out they don’t have any hot dogs nor wings. Time wasted

Tried this place 2 times both times were bad experiences. So l went to go look at reviews because l don't see alot of customers when l pass by and come to find out most the reviews were positive. So l think well maybe l wasn't ordering the right thing but 3rd times a charm right. Well it turned out to be a fake charm because l was disappointed this time as well so I've come to the conclusion that this is not the place l run to on payday ya feel me

Good food awesome service I lost my phone in there and cashier was nice to hold it for me until i cane to pick it up thanks again

The food is really good. Remember this is not a drive thru fast food. Everything is cooked to order. So either call or use the website and order ahead or just be patient.

Really good burgers. They even have an option to get half onion rings and half fries rather than having to get a full order of each.

Mediocre food at best. Most was just bad. Burnt grilled cheese. Had to send it back.
