“Listen hear if they had one of these in NYC with the same service, manners, friendliness, AND food I might never cook again. They make Pork Skins warm & fresh (WAIT WHAAAAT!) It's fast food but they bring your food to u. Aaaand they let u taste test COME ON! LOVE, LOVE LOVE THOSE HOT FRESH HUSH PUPPIES. The only things that weren't to appetizing was this Brunswick Stew & the corn bread. The next time we visit we will go back there.“

OK what else can I get for you? She was very patience when it came to ordering unlike other servers at this location. “So I really liked Mission, but there are a few things to consider. The sides are very small and missing some staples. The brisket has a good taste, but its still tough....sadly nowhere out here can do good brisket. Out of all places around here its still the better brisket I have tried so far. Pulled pork is good, but there is other places that do it better (skyline). Where this place shines is the atmosphere and the people. Everyone is incredibly nice and helpful. I enjoyed chatting with them while waiting for the food.“

“Contrary to pictures in previous reviews, there is no more dinning indoors, only a walk up window to order. There are a couple of picnic tables under a large oak tree to sit and eat after you’ve gotten your food. Most people ordered their food To-Go. The line waiting to order tells you B’s has a loyal following. The unassuming building and seasoned smoke shack adjacent are quintessential of Eastern NC BBQ joints. The menu is short and inexpensive (BBQ sandwich, BBQ plate, Smoked chicken, and a few sides to choose from). I recommend a couple of sandwiches with slaw. My buddy ordered the BBQ plate with two sides. He said the sides were “ok”, nothing spectacular, and the corn bread sticks were amazingly hard. The slaw was perfect - not too sweet, not too tangy. Had B’s been our only stop on our BBQ adventure, we would’ve been satisfied, it was a good experience, but there are other BBQ joints nearby with better Que. If I just wanted a good BBQ sandwich, B’s could be my go-to spot.“

“Skylight Inn BBQ is the very best in Eastern NC BBQ in my opinion. It is simple and delicious. Wood cooked to perfection whole hog pork . Slaw,cornbread,and of course the banana pudding are a must addition to the BBQ.“

“The food at RJ's was great. Just like N. Carolina pulled pork is supposed to be. If going on Sunday after 1pm expect a line, as many visitors come after church. This is a mom/pop type restaurant so don't expect fine dining, but the food was great.“

“Today is an awesome day to be at Longhorn in Greenville, North Carolina! We were one of the first three customers today when the doors opened and they have a wonderful staff. Customer service is awesome and Miss Catherine who is training today. turned on to the crispy Brussel sprouts something I have never tried before! I will be cooking these at home now.“
