Get some great pizza and get it when you can!

Very easy to dine and dash from here, iv gotten away with about 250 dollars worth of food over the course of a year.

I ordered a pie and it was over cooked and had signs of a dirty oven stone. Zero quality control. Ruined our pizza night, never again.

This experience really fell short of expectations. The cashier was distracted and was more concerned with flirting/chatting it up with the kitchen staff than with doing her job. There were unclean tables that I had to ask her to wipe down (I shouldn't have to ask). There was only one other customer in there besides me. By the way, I did tip her, even though I didn't feel it was earned. She didn't give specific/helpful information when prompted about the menu. Last, the food. The garlic and olives were not fresh; they were canned. The parmesan was not sharp/flavorful; it was mild. They baked the fresh basil, thereby cancelling out the flavor. The basil should be added at the last moment to preserve its freshness. The food is advertised as fresh but it was not. Overall, disappointing. 2 stars because they do offer a gluten free crust, which I can appreciate. Would not recommend unless you have the palette of an 8 year old.

Just in case the employees forgot I uploaded a picture of the menu for everyone to see… clearly it’s says “drizzle” or “drizzle on the side” so don’t lie and say we don’t do that here. If I wanted a side of something I would have asked for it on the side.

Maybe ownership should change the menu to align with how the employees are treating customers.

Such a shame I won’t be back

I called Mid-town & got Annabella, to order takeout, she asked me to please hold, it was Sunday evening, I was OTW to the store , it took me literally 10 minutes, when I walked in the store, there were no customers, no one was on the phone, I was still on hold … I then had to place my order, one large pepperoni pie, still on hold & wait for it to be cooked was 24 minutes … Annabella took my order in person … all the time I continued on hold …

We went in for school spirit night and I was blown away at how delicious the food was. We did a meat lovers pizza and an Italian grinder and both were wonderful.

I work across from the Cucinella’s in uptown, but this location is a tad closer to my house and close to the Trader Joe’s. I came here with my sister with the plans of getting leftovers to share and eat the next day. I ordered an 18’ New York Style with sliced meatballs, spinach, and feta. My sister ordered a large Chicken Pesto Grinder without peppers and tomatoes. For an appetizer, we got the Cheesy Knots. We placed our order at the counter and the person working was SO NICE! The inside seating is also really nice. Our food came out after about 10 minutes or so. The cheesy knots were super cheesy and it came with 6 of them and a side of chilled marinara sauce. They were great! The pizza was fantastic. I had it cold the next day and it really highlighted the feta. The service was amazing and I love that they have instructions and water cups out. I was able to get some boxes to bring the rest of the food home, too. I really enjoyed it here and definitely will be coming back!

Slices was perfectly cooked perfect size satisfy your hunger fresh and hot exactly what I order staff was very courteous and precise prices very reasonable

People in town always hype up Marabellas as the best, and their grandma pie is pretty good but this is definitely the best pizza all around I’ve had in Greenville. Definitely going to bring family here from now on.
