We arrived early for our reservation and were able to be seated. Our waitress was friendly and very attentive. The food took longer than expected to come out, but when it did my order (soup and salad) was delicious. My date ordered the crab cake and was disappointed in the proportion of filler to crab. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we will return.
Fantastic experience! Only two things, I don't think they read reservation notes. Wanted regular table and tried to put in bar with high top and was husband's birthday and no acknowledgment Otherwise great experience
We were looking for a first-class restaurant within reasonable driving distance of New Bern, N.C. Main and Mill looked promising online. Wow, what a gift! A very pleasing ambience. Immediate prompt, knowledgeable and friendly service. Excellent cocktails and wine. And then one of the most delicious meals we have had in recent weeks. Without a doubt, we will happily travel the 30 miles again in the near future to again experience Main and mill.
