I stopped by here for an early lunch. I ordered a Champstix meal, and it was fabulous! Great portion sizes, plenty of high-quality white meat on the Champstix, and I can’t get enough of the yummy cinnamon apples available as a side dish. All employees were warm and friendly, and they turned the orders around at lightning speed, despite the large number of customers. I’ll definitely return when I’m in the area again.

I like that it was in a Piggly Wiggly grocery store and can walk up and order if not wanting to cook that night. The young lady working the counter was extremely helpful and friendly. The chicken was just perfect. The taste was not over bearing with spice and the breading was like home made. We like all types of fried chicken and have a local Big Chic that can't compare. Their catfish in one place is better than the chicken but the main place not so good either way. I love Ch

The chicken was dry. There were no biscuits cooked and we asked if we could have hushpuppies instead and she said no that they were a side and we would have to pay extra for them; biscuits came free with the dinner. The 2 girls were more interested in talking to each other than waiting on customers. I stood there for almost 3 minutes waiting for them to finish their conversation (not about anything to do with the store) before the woman asked me what I wanted.
Not happy. I called at 6 pm and asked to have my food cooked fresh to order. I ordered chicken for me and a tenderloin for spouse. When I went to pick up 10 min later, food was sitting in case in carryout box and not cooked fresh. Plus, no tenderloins so no food for hubby. I asked for chicken for him as plenty more in case. No carry out menus again. I have asked for them everytime I go. Always out. It was $15 for 2 dark meat snack meals with 2 extra chicken wings. No way to see if charged too much as no receipt given to me. Food not as good as it used to be. New employee took order so that's who got blamed. I was offered 2 free drinks, but declined as drinks were at home.

We went to the Socorro NM location. The customer service was non existent. The girl was more interested in talking to her boyfriend than serving us. We were in there for over 15 minutes. Then she didn't even put on gloves to serve the food. We finally got our food and my girlfriend and I both ended up getting sick shortly after. Very disappointed in the service and the food. Will never eat there again.
