“I stopped by here for an early lunch. I ordered a Champstix meal, and it was fabulous! Great portion sizes, plenty of high-quality white meat on the Champstix, and I can’t get enough of the yummy cinnamon apples available as a side dish. All employees were warm and friendly, and they turned the orders around at lightning speed, despite the large number of customers. I’ll definitely return when I’m in the area again.”

“Eaten here several times. Was in the area medically transporting a patient from the Outer Banks to Ecu Roanoke Chowan in Ahoskie. To treat my partner/coworker. Food always been great. I just got disturbed by. When I asked for a carryout box. To put what I had left over. The waiter decided to put it the box for me. Without acknowledging me. And handing me the box. I didn't like that. But so far good food.”

“My farmhouse sandwich was good but it is panini pressed with the lettuce. I don't like heated wilted lettuce. That should go on afterwards. A bit pricey also as are most places these days.”

“Foods good, just what you would expect from a take out Chinese spot. Main thing that makes the place stand out is the 2 meat combo. Really good bang for your buck. Only thing I would say is whoever was working the front yesterday in the afternoon needs to be a little wiser with how they speak to customers. other than that the place and food is good.”

“Great food but kids hang out too much after school talking loudly and just being ignorant and management does nothing about it. Kids that dont work there shouldn’t be able to hang out with the ones that actually are working there . I like the orange chicken a lot but rather not go get it anymore bc of the immature loud ”

“We were very pleasantly surprised when we walked into the restaurant. The outside sign was in disarray, and the parking lot was dirty, but when we walked in, it was a nice place! It was clean and everyone was friendly. The food was very fresh and delicious. There were lots of choices, and you just have to ask for steamed rice (for those complaining there was none). Also, compared to buffets with comparable or lower quality food, the prices were better than other places. We just moved near the area and are thrilled to have this place. Don't let the parking lot worry you, because the interior is a different world.Kid-friendliness: Great kids prices”

“Used the drive-through, and the food and service were good. We had to wait for fries to be cooked, but they were hot and tasty. The only downside was having to pull up and wait. They had to go back in and get us straws for our drinks, but quickly did so to get us on our way. The order was correct, with the exception of one burger. They still offer a 10% military discount that I greatly appreciate and use. The atmosphere only got 4 stars due to the fact that I didn't go in to eat and only rated them on the cleanliness of the exterior and parking area.”

“Excellent establishment with very tasty food, great service, very courteous and prompt. Reasonable competitive prices for buffet and items on the menu. Tried the fried trout fillets, quite delicious and tasty. Only caveat was that two sides were a bit tepid, however, still okay, should have sent them back to be reheated. Busy on both Saturday and Sunday. Worth getting there early for parking and food. The atmosphere was family cozy.”

“I grew up in this area, but I have resided in GA for almost 9 years. This past Sunday was the first time my family and I have ever eaten here. Now, the food was amazing (I had the chicken philly combo), but the service was horrible, which was crazy because there were only a few customers in the entire place. We only saw the waitress when she took the order and then brought us our food. She spent most of the time texting on her phone across the other side of the restaurant. We had to get her attention to get refills and the check. Oh, and they don't take tap (Apple or Google) pay, so make sure you have your physical card.”

“This place has been here for a very long time, so it seems a little outdated. However, I think that's what makes the atmosphere. Overall, they have great salads and will also ask what pizzas you prefer to have on the buffet table. A great place to come for lunch and/or dinner.”

“First sub in a year. The service attendents got the orders messed up, asked for the baja steak sub as advertised but got one with different sauces. Had to wait3-4 minutes for them to come up front to the counter.”

“My grandchildren said they wanted KFC chicken nuggets. It’s been a number of years since I had eaten them and I thought, “Why? Aren’t they kind of hard and terrible? But I decided I would get them KFC nuggets if they wanted them and that I would order them also. I am so glad I gave them another try. They were delicious! They taste like the delicious original chicken KFC had years ago. Yum! They were perfectly cooked, not hard, and will be my go to meal when we are looking for fast food.”

“I love the management and staff at McDonalds right now. The manager lady that worked tonight April 8 2024 had so much patience and good customer service. They were under staffed and had a lot of loud rude high schoolers to deal with. They also stole my order but she handed me a new one immediately when I brought it up. There were other times where they fixed an issue immediately while already having so much on their plate. They deserve a raise!”
