Horrible all the guy was worried about was getting money wouldn't even try to answer a simple question about the bike without it being check in to get a full repair. Def not somewhere I would even trust my bike to be repaired at.

BCB really fixed me up right. I had a clogged hydraulic line on the front brake and a frozen caliper on the back. Chain, rear carousel, and one front sprocket needed replacing. They were careful to explain exactly what was needed and why. Ended up replacing both brakes. Bike is operating beautifully...almost like new. They did it all in two days, for a reasonable price, and with good humor! I highly recommend these guys.
Brought my bike in for a tune up. Fixed the brakes. Had bike for 10 years. Told them neck and shoulders were getting sore. Realized the stem was too long and put a 60mm stem on it. Way more comfortable now. Like a new bike. Very reasonably priced. And good guys! I would highly recommend

He worked us in on short notice the day before Christmas Eve because he knew how important it was for our son to have his bike fixed for the holidays. We were having problems with the hydraulic brakes on one of the E-bikes we bought online. I called local bike shops for an appointment and all were at least a week out. When I reached Beer City Bikes they got me in the next day and bled the brakes for me. Brakes again lost pressure and now could see leakage at the line fitting to the levers. The E-bike company sent me new upgraded brakes, levers to pistons, and again Beer City got us in the next day to install. They called before closing that day to say the bike was ready to go. Great service, reasonable prices, and quick turnaround during peak season. Very knowledgeable staff and a pleasure to deal with. These guys know bikes. Will be a regular customer!!
