Very slow, ridiculously slow service. To add to the frustration, they have an AI bot taking orders. It repeats itself while you are stuck in line and absolutely doesn't speed up the wait time.

The prices have gone up and the food portions have gone down. However, the service was good (even with a wait for hot fries).

The food was amazing, staff was so kind and amazing. The one thing that I really hated, was how the employees are treated. When I was waiting for my food, I saw a general manager (I think?) yelling at an employee loudly, just doing their job. Do you guys even care about your employees? People don't deserve to be treated like that, the employees should just quit at this point.

Bojangles has always been my go to breakfast place, But today they charged me $2.50 for a tiny bottle of water, more than a soda or tea and no ice, or cup. Just a tiny plastic bottle of water. Sorry that’s just wrong. I don’t mind paying for a cup. I wouldn’t even mind paying the same price as the Tea if it came with the ice in the cup. But charging $ 2.50 for something that cost about $.25 sorry I’m done with you guys . you have lost a regular customer. For being greedy for being super greedy .

After placing my order, I was told they were out of coleslaw so I ordered another side. He said he had to cook the chicken thighs, so I parked the car and waited. He came out later than I thought and had the wrong food. It was for the car parked next to me who had gotten there after me. I waited a few more minutes and out he comes again with only half my order. I waited yet again and finally got my order. I’ve had to wait there for my food several times. What’s the problem?

Always always forget the dipping sauces and straws T the drive though , kids at the window are more interested in goofing around then getting you your stuff.

Supposed to be open at 5am. Would not answer the drive thru to place an order at 5:30am. Waited in drive thru ford 10 minutes with no service, had to leave and drive 5 minutes to McDonalds in the next town to get breakfast.

I get there around lunch time today 11:40ish 8/8/2024 and order the 5 piece strip mean with fries and a sweet tea. They were not busy, and only one car (blue BMW) in line infront of me. The worker at the Intercom says they need to cook the strips and there will be a 5 minute wait for them. I find that odd at lunch time that they have no lunch food cooked but proceed to pull up and pay. I'm asked to park, which I do. Ten minutes later a lady carrying what appears to be 6 boxes of strip meals and a bag of food comes out, hands me a box after confirming I ordered the 5 piece strip meal and fries, and walks off. I drive all the way back to work and find a 3 piece strip meal of undersized and overcooked strips, and a small order of dirty (should be called nasty) rice. Usually I wouldn't make a huge deal out of it if it wasn't for the fact that the price difference between the two meals is significant and the dirty rice looked and tasted like it was cooked in the dirty dish water from the night before. It's not hard to count to five and make sure fries are In a box before handing someone their meal, especially after you charged them for it. Children in 1st grade know how to count to 5.
