I stop daily at 5:30 am since store opened...the last couple of weeks have been horrible...the mama and I presume son that you have opening the store have only been open 2 days out of the last week and a half..the son is the one in front..he has no clue what he is doing...no gloves, PANTS DOWN TO HIS KNESS, tears buscuit apart with his hands..throws away every other one because he destroys it try to open with fingers . have yet have any butter on butter buscuit...be just wraps those as plain biscuits. FAR AND AWAY THE WORST OPENING TEAM I HAVE EVER SEEN...MIGHT AS WELL JUST CLOSE MORNINGS IF THATS THE BEST YOU CAN DO FOR EMPLOYEES

I ordered the 2 piece combo with Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. I get to the window and pay. I hear the man on the line say they are out of mac and cheese, the man at the window says I need to wait for ch8cken and parks me in number 2. 5 minutes later a boy comes and let's me know that it will be 5 or 10 more minutes for mac and cheese. I am frustrated at this point and say give me whatever side, I dont care. He goes back in. While I sit there I realize that I did not receive my drink. At least 5 more minutes later, after I have tried to go inside (I didnt realize that isnt an option here) the kid comes out woth a box. I let him know I didnt receive the drink for my combo and that ive waited ridiculously long for everything else. That I no longer want the food and want a refund. He said the manager Jason says that no one can get a refund. I said I didnt have time to wait 5 more minutes for him to go get my drink and I left. So for $14 I received my two pieces of chicken, my mashed potatoes. I did NOT receive my drink, my mac and cheese OR THE DIPPING SAUCE I was charged for. Nor did I receive the option to decline the food and have my money returned. This location is obviously poorly ran. Can provide a picture of my receipt and what I got. I am so angry.

This Bojangles location is plagued with issues. Many times especially lately, got home and found out items were missing. Went by there the other day for breakfast. The automated speaker was working, place to order went around, there was not a single person in the building. There was one light in the back of the building and no one there. Don't know what the problem is but hope they get it straightened out soon.

Went for breakfast. They forgot to put the cheese on my breakfast sandwich. That’s why I gave 4 stars. That was a bummer and the drive thru line was too long to get back in it. With that being said, the food was still so good and fresh. Nothing was dry. And the employees were very nice. If they didn’t forget the cheese, it’d be an easy 5 stars.

So I got a few steak egg and cheese biscuits and they was out of egg ok cool then I get home and eat all this then about a hour or so later im throwing up and do so a few times!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to someone i hated it was that horrible 🤮🤮🤮

Your AI bot doesn’t work. It has never gotten my order right once. I hate it. Just put a human on the speaker, they understand when I have questions. Three times I’ve asked for something and it has gotten my order entirely wrong. I’m not coming back. This has nothing to do with the actual human workers in the building, they’re great. They understand context, and are living human beings who need to pay rent.
