Money Glitch
I came in around 8:20 there was a little line, but the manger on staff was super respectful! As well as the employees. Hopefully the company can reward the night crew for their great service and food! Saturday, March 30 2024!

I ordered a Cajun fillet sandwich with only mayonnaise this morning(typically what I get at least once a week from this store). However, this has been the second or third time that I have been given a Cajun fillet BISCUIT with mayonnaise, instead for the sandwich. I went back through the line to let them know and get it fixed and I was told to wait in spot number one…no problem….. the lady who was taking the orders came out with my fixed sandwich to hand it to me. She then proceeds to tell me that “I caused her to get chewed out”, “I got her fired” and “ for reference next time I needed to say sandwich”.I always do say sandwich! I apologize if nobody ever hears me but eight out of 10 times they do hear sandwich. I kept trying to call the Bojangles so I can speak to the manager about this and apologize because I don’t feel like it’s their fault just because it’s busy and you misunderstand one word and I’m sure there’s more going on behind it but now I gotta go through the rest of the day with feeling like I screwed somebody over .

I've been to this location several times. Every single time, there is something missing. Usually something small, like the honey mustard or barbecue sauce (which is less than a dollar, so I don't really care). A couple of times it's been the biscuits in the family meal. However, this particular time the staff was rude. They forgot to give us the fries and sauce, so when we went up to the window (it's drive-thru only) they refused to give us the missing items, saying we didn't order them. We couldn't show them the receipt because they also forgot to give us a receipt. We ended up having to pay again for items that we'd already paid for.

Every time I’ve gone here they get my order wrong. Wrong biscuit, short on tenders, or wrong drink. Even when I’m the only person in line they mess it up.

Every time I go here, there is always SOMETHING wrong. My order is wrong, a chicken piece missing, hard, dry fries, no dipping sauce, wrong order. Today when I came around the usual time I do, they had us wait 10 minutes in the drive thru JUST to tell us they didn't open for another 30 minutes. Hire more staff or something for crying out loud. How is this Bojangles still in business?? ? I've made sure to tell plenty of people NOT to come to this location.

Mismanaged garbage. Being an ex employee it's easy to tell how fresh the food it. Most needs to be made within 30 minutes of serving to the customer. This one (exit 23 on I-26) gives dry stale food about 80-90% of the time. Never go to this bojangles unless you want stale old bojangles. Also no rush at all in the food line. I saw 2 people just standing thereEdit 1: it's been a couple months so I decided to give it another shot and surprise surprise still the worst bojangles I've ever been too. Fries were dry and completely unseasoned. Buscuit and tea were good and the line was fast... it was a 2 star experience this time but it keeps its one star review for being an all around negative experience
