I love Master BBQ! Couldn't get enough of them at Zillicoah before Hurricane Helene, then was excited to see them reopen at RAD Brewing, and just as excited on their return to Riverside at Zillicoah. Never had a bad meal and I'm always treated like family!

Loved! We enjoyed pork skewers, lumpia and chicken adobo. While all delicious, the chicken was the standout - we soaked up every last bit of the sauce. Ordered to go and ate on the deck of RAD Brewing Co, listening to live music from the patio and enjoying beers from brewery. Perfect unplanned afternoon.

Chicken Adobo was amazing. I feel the majority of food trucks are expensive with small portions, but Master BBQ is excellent value for your money with generous portions. I can’t wait to go back and have the same meal again.
Wow this Filipino bbq was exceptional!! I had the Master BBQ Sampler and everything in it was amazing. My favorite was the pork belly, it melted in your mouth. The chicken and pork skewers were very good as well, the meat pulled off the skewers easily. Not a single meat gristle piece! Pork lumpias were stuffed with meat and fried so well. Everything came out super hot and fresh. There's a lot of food that comes in this order, eat on an empty stomach!

After having looked at the reviews for this place I had high expectations… I was very disappointed. I ordered two dessert items (banana turón & ube suman). 1. The banana turón was very stale and hard to chew on. The flavor was also unpleasant. 2. I asked for a ube suman and was not given that. Still decided to try out what was given to me but it had not flavor and was just plane sticky rice?? Left a bad aftertaste. 3. The wait time was long. 4. Service was alright. I would honestly not recommend this to anyone.
