This is our “go to” restaurant for Asian food. Wonderful appetizers (especially the dumplings and the scallion pancakes) and delicious entrees. The portions are large and always fresh. We especially appreciate the freshness of the vegetables that are used. Our orders are always ready upon arrival and the staff is friendly and efficient. We can’t say enough good things about Oriental Pavilion!

We dined here on October 24, Friday. It was our first visit there. Our wait staff was wonderful. The environment was quiet but not sure what extra people would have rendered. We ordered both egg drop and wonton soup and both were good. Lovely broth, wontons just a bit tough. Broccoli and garlic sauce seemed as though it was vinegar based. Perhaps a bit too much rice wine vinegar. The others got General Tso's. It was very, very red, unusually red as this is a much ordered entree and also appeared to have more vinegar than is usually found in this dish.
The egg rolls were hot and perhaps darker than those we've previously experienced. We were really excited to have this dining option in the area and hope these comments are received in this manner. Wait staff was helpful and kind.

This was my go to Chinese restaurant. However my last 2 orders was like chewing on string. Everything was over cooked & salty. Don't know if they have a new cook of so You're Fired! Rice was crunchy that I almost chipped a moler tooth.

Best takeout Lo Mein in Asheville, hands down - and great price point. No clue how these guys got hammered on reviews. They were in sort of an old, grungy spot before in the Westgate Mall, but now they have a great clean storefront in Reynolds Mtn. Nick at the front’s told how good their General Tso’s, Mongolian Beef and Mai Fun are. I get a hankering for the Chicken Lo Mein and order, but will definitely branch out and try the others soon as I’ve only ordered this lo mein probably 25 times😂
Great Chinese take out.

Chinese takeout sort of place with a few tables. Table service not great, brought food in wrong order. Some of the food was poorly prepared. Greasy dumplings, chicken skewers over cooked and dry. Egg drop soup was good. Szechuan beef was tender and tasted good but overwhelmed by green peppers.

This was my third time eating at this new location in Woodfin and it’s gotten better each time. This time we ordered several items - the scallion pancake & fried pork dumplings were both highlights. Also got veggie lo mein, pork fried rice, Mongolian beef, crab rangoons, and veggie egg rolls. Everything was hot, fresh and full of bold flavors. Ask for some chili oil if you like spicy - it’s really good.

Eh food not all that great. Not enough meat at all & greasy.

Really disappointed. Got home and missing items. The fried rice was plain with no taste. My noodles didn't have noodles and another dish was so salty it had to be thrown out. If all you want is the General then it's fine. Never had this problem at the old location.

Sadly I have little positive to say about our first meal here. General Tso was tough stale stringy chicken, no onion, sauce that tasted like cheap red bottle bbq sauce, wilted broccoli and dry fried rice with 1 pea and 1 small sliver of onion. The carry out container was worth more than the meal we were served. I typically only review 4+ star reviews. I believe in honoring good service, good food. The food served was old and less-than.

We ate at the new location on Reynolds Mtn tonight. Best Pork Fried Rice I’ve ever had. The Shrimp egg rolls were delicious as well. Also ordered cheese ragoons and pork pan fried dumplings. Everything was delicious and we will be back soon. Thank you for coming to the north side of town.
