I absolutely love that açai bowls from adapt. It is a quick walk from where we stay at the beach. There is no seating inside. Make sure you prepare. There can be a wait on weekends and holidays.

Adapt had the best poke bowl and best avocado toast I've ever had. It's quaint and there's no seating inside but just take the food to go. The chai latte was amazing and the people that work there are so nice. I'd love to come back when I'm in town

I love Adapt! It is a must visit if you are in Wrightsville beach or surrounding areas! Everyone is so nice, I love the owners! My friends and I stop in and grab an iced latte on our weekly loop walks :) The avocado toast and poke bowls are amazing also!
My friend, Elie, (and neighbor growing up) is the owner of Adapt, so naturally, when we happened to be in town for a weekend visiting my husbands cousin- we made sure to stop in! I was sorry to have missed Elie, but immediately overwhelmed with comfort and a sort of sense of home. The atmosphere is so welcoming and calming, and the coffee and cold pressed juice we bought was to die for. I'm only sad we didn't purchase more to take home with us. Everything from the packaging to the staff was perfection. Bravo, friend!
