Jerry Allen's Sports Bar Reviews
I've been to quite a few restaurants/bars in the area and overall I was quite satisfied with the level of service and quality of food. However, this isn't the case with Jerry Allens. Not only was the experience unpleasant but also it was disturbing.
There's this server who's in her 40s - 50s with a raspy, chronic smoker's voice who served us. I paid her a compliment about how she has a job that makes people happy when they see her, after all, who doesn't like it when their...read full review

Jerry Allen's Sports Bar is a casual dive bar known for its large, lightly breaded shrimp and fabulous Chicken Cordon Sandwich, which is cooked perfectly and delicious. The menu also features tasty sandwiches, homemade chips, and even hidden breakfast options, with the chicken biscuits being a standout. While the fries may be considered bland and the service average, it remains a comfortable place to relax after a day at the beach. The atmosphere is like a dingy bar, but all the servers are friendly and pleasant, making ordering a breeze. Visiting later in the evening might be better for those wanting to avoid younger crowds, especially for older individuals. The place offers a chill environment with fair prices, and it’s a good spot to enjoy NCAA conference games or just unwind. The bartender is friendly and chats about local topics, enhancing the experience. Overall, it’s not a place for fine dining, but it’s perfect for a casual outing at reasonable prices. However, some reviews note issues like salty tots, a charcoal aftertaste on pita, and flat soda, which may be worth checking before leaving.
