“I love Sundays and have had consistently good drinks here. Parking can be stressful--but, seriously, if you have a lock, then biking here is the way to go. The view is excellent, it has a surprising amount of seating, and with some decent headphones, I've found it to be a good spot to get some work done.“

“I love these shakes! I usually have them for lunch. it feels so good in my belly. and they taste freaking amazing! my favorite is snickers! it tastes like it's so bad for you, but it's a wonderful healthy meal. or just have it as a snack.“
“Good selection of smoothies and food. I was surprised with the food options but back to smoothies. A personal favorite of mine is the mocha madness followed by the healthy green goddess. Prices start at a low end of 6.99 and up. If you start adding additions such as protein powder, that's an additional 1.49. The shakes are big also.“

“My family and I started a new family tradition at breakthrough nutrition, it was a great time. We all got shakes or a tea and just sat there and talked. We got to catch up after not seeing each other for a while. My one daughter lives in Charlotte so we don't get much time together. We had such a great time, it felt like it was we all got a chance to reset for a long week ahead. We will be meeting up there again. Thanks for the good time.“
