Would recommend Periwink to all locals and travelers in Wilmington. Great, enthusiastic, and welcoming staff that gave me the best hazelnut cold brew I've ever had. They asked me what I wanted, I wasn't sure what I fancied at the time and they asked me what type of flavors I liked and said Ferrero Rocher ;) then they made me the tastiest coffee drink ever :) Will be back...
