It’s sad there is racism in 2024!!!! The cook working called me a nasty name while I was asking for sauce! I produced to leave because I felt uncomfortable. She with a couple of employees and the manager was laughing. It really hurt my feelings and won’t be back!

Went there Sunday sept 29th about 1:15 pm. First the bald guy with glasses at the window was rude to me I spent 46.00 got home and the chicken was so dried out like it had been cooked the day before or over cooked in old nasty grease also the tenders were so dried they were hard and crunchy the rice was cold. The food was terrible not worth 46.00. I’m surprised because they were so packed and you would expect fresh food. Wrong!!! I will never eat there again!!!!!!

Always loved Bojangles but stopped going months ago due to rude customer service Decided to give it a try on my lunch break today. Is the chicken not cooked on a timer? Half my breast fillet was almost raw! Tea tasted old. No improvement on customer service either. Nonchalant indifferent encounter. Would have returned for refund but after waiting in drive thru line and getting home with food.no time Have to get back to work. Do better Bojangles!

Went by this morning and ordered two Cajun fillets biscuits combos and one sausage biscuit. The lady at the window was very nice. But was to busy talking with another employee that after giving me my food I had to wait for her to open up the window again because she forgot to give me one of my drinks. Then got home to find out one of the biscuits I ordered was missing as well.
They are always busy but are fast and efficient; making sure your order is correct and you are satisfied.
