If you order large anything they give you a large container but you only get a small order of whatever you ordered…. Missing items that you order almost ever time I’ve ordered here…. The customer service is ridiculous, call to talk to a manager and get hung up on… piss poor service at its finest. Stays getting worse. THERE SHOULD NOT BE SOMEONE ANSWERING THE PHONE THAT SPEAKS NO ENGLISH

The Bo-rounds were amaaaaaazing. Super fresh! I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a crispy exterior like this before. Interior was squishy potato-y goodness. This is what potatoes dream of becoming when they grow up.The biscuits were fresh and soft. Om nom nom.We stopped in on a Friday morning. The drive thru was hoppin. Lots of locals inside the restaurant. A great place for people watching.

***revised. Food was good. There was a lady keeping the dining room clean. Much better than previously*** Would have given 5 stars, but every table was dirty. You could tell the lady who normally works to keep tables clean was not working today.
I did not have the best experience here. I went by on my way to work to order breakfast for my team. The lady taking my order had an attitude from the moment i pulled up. I also asked for sweet tea and was given unsweetened so that wasn't great either. I wouldn't recommend this bojangles. The employees attitude sucks!

The very worst Bojangles we have ever been to. We were not told they were out of biscuits until our food was ready. French fries were hard and appeared to have been heated twice. I did speak to the manager and he didn't have anything to say. Other employees were laughing.
