Me and my husband ordered a Frisco burger and the toasted bread was cool ,the hamburger meat was cool, the cheese wasn't melted and no employees wore gloves handling foods,in front when preparing people's food. I thought these fast food pla es required employees to wear gloves and wear and head covering so that people's food wouldn't be contaminated with employees hair or other bodily contaminants.

Went through the drive-thru and not only did they not give me the honey mustard they put on the receipt but they also left off the fry that I paid for

Door was locked so you had to go to the drive thru, got up the road and they had gave us the wrong biscuits. We did get the raisin and cinnamon biscuit but it was hard as a rock.
food is was extra greasy and lukewarm. had to wait for over 10 minutes, and I was the only one in line.

Everyone knows about their food, same from the last hardees, workers very friendly, I didn't wait long for my order, it was done right, clean bathrooms....their 2nd manager she needs a raise for sure....
