The people where nice. The service was slow the fries where cold but the sandwich good. The overall service was so much better than before.

This Hardee's is by far the WORST customer service I have received at any restaurant in my life. They messed up my order and charged me for more than I ordered. It took them 10 minutes to even notice I wanted something. Then they charged me for a large coffee that they didn't have, and gave me 2 small coffees.. both of which leaked. Thank God I wanted breakfast because even at 11:15 lunch would not be served. Some poor gentlemen behind me lost his coupon because of this. They ignore you as if you arent even there and look at you like deer in headlights when you do ask for something. The food was alright, but far from the best I've had at Hardee's. The bathrooms were also unclean and missing paper towels. The floor was sticky like a movie theater. I work in customer service and I am genuinely, absolutely APPALLED at the pure incompetence in every aspect of our visit.

Very friendly staff. Food wasn't edible. When I was a kid Hardees food was unbeaten. My burger bun was hard dry and the burger was terrible. My chicken wrap was worse. The best thing at Hardees is their steak and egg biscuit. I wont waste money on lunch there anymore.

Lazy lazy lazy employees...pulled into dt and was told 10min wait..to come in..so i parked and went in...to wait 15min b4 they even took my order...then another 10 for food...DO NOT EVER use that place..they need to shut dwn

Went there and ordered a Bacon egg cheese Frisco combo and my husband ordered a burrito combo they gave my husband a burnt biscuit said that's what he ordered and my Frisco sandwich wasn't toasted the hash rounds was half cooked The manager had a attitude cuz we kept bringing the food back She remade my Frisco sandwich but put ham on it instead of bacon rolled her eyes when I asked for another one so they more or less took our money The only thing that was worth getting from Hardee's was the sweet tea that was like 10 people in there that took their food back and they had attitudes because nobody wanted their food it really sucks I don't recommend this place at all I asked for a refund they only refunded the Frisco sandwich and that was it like I say this place is no good

Me and my husband ordered a Frisco burger and the toasted bread was cool ,the hamburger meat was cool, the cheese wasn't melted and no employees wore gloves handling foods,in front when preparing people's food. I thought these fast food pla es required employees to wear gloves and wear and head covering so that people's food wouldn't be contaminated with employees hair or other bodily contaminants.
