Refused to take my coupon, that didn't expire until 12/31. Manager on duty refused to give me corporate or complaint line phone number. Stated she couldn't I would have to leave my number and someone would call me. To top it off I get to my destination and my order is wrong. Terrible service all the way around. I was told Sabrina was the manager working that made all these decisions, I wouldn't know for sure because she never came out of the back to even talk to me!

ZERO STARS. After being ill for two days and having the appetite of a grizzly bear, my standards for food were pretty low. Yet, Yadkinville Pizza Hut still failed me. Not only did they made the pizza incorrectly and leave off ingredients, it was WAY over cooked. I would have had an easier time chewing on cardboard. Top it off, the "roasted garlic" for the cheese sticks should be advertised as "Charcoal Garlic". $40 later, the kids and I are still searching for something decent to eat. This restaurant will never receive another dime of my money. CUSTOMER BEWARE. However low your standards go, lower them before trying to eat here.

They were out of some toppings. The restaurant was a little dirty and the service was slow.
Yadkinville, NC location. Pizzas had only a tiny bit of sauce making them too dry to eat. It was like eating crispy bread. Called and complained to Manager. They must have been running low on sauce. We will not be back. Manager offered to remake, but it was not worth it to make an 18 mile trip from home back to the restaurant. Very disappointed!!

I order by phone 12 chicken wings lemon pepper and 12 chicken wings buffalo. They were ready on time they had my number. They had my name. Drive 20 minutes home and open packages and there are 6 each flavor. How are is it to count! It’s simple math. They had one job and failed.

Zero stars is more like it. walked in and I was immediately disgusted by the lack of cleanliness. Walls was full of cobwebs and dust the whole place smelled like filth. Floors was disgusting.. they have tvs that wasn't on but clearly they haven't even been wiped off in months. Health inspector really needs to do a random pop in.

Pizza Hut has sadly had to change after COVID and it's painful to watch. This restaurant has a great location. My pizza was hot and delicious. I couldn't enjoy the salad bar as it was under repair. My server was friendly and attentive. The manager on duty was also friendly and engaging.
