undeniably the best customer service ive ever gotten from a subway. the man who took my order (i think he is manager) was extremely nice and he truly made me feel more seen than a waiter at a sit down restaurant! give that man a raise!!!!

1:00 p.m. on a Monday out of lettuce pickles meat no lines whatsoever this location is consistently out of everything but you can say hello to the nice servers do not order from the app because it does not actually tell you that they do not have things so they're basically going to let you come all the way out to tell you they don't have anything that you wanted so there's that maybe this location will close it's on its way out I think

Very poor service. I ordered three foot long subs on the app, asked for the subs to be labeled and they were not. I didn’t even get the three 12” subs. I got two and a six inch. I called to speak to a manager and let her know about the issue. She did offer to refund me the other half of the six inches or I could come get the other half. I am at work and had someone already go up there to pick it up. As an inconvenience, I said they should refund the whole sub or bring me the other half. Absolutely not. When I said I would never tip up there again, she said I could go to any other Subway but hers that there were a lot around here…Hamptonville, Jonesville, etc. Rude, zero customer skills. Unhelpful. No conflict resolution skills.
