Quesabirria
3 beef brisket tacos with cheese topped with cilantro and onion. Comes with broth on side for dipping.
Burrito
12" flour tortilla filled with beans, rice, your choice of meat, lettuce, tomato, sour cream and avocado sauce.
Tortas
Your choice of meat filled with lettuce, tomato, onion, avocado souse, sour cream, mayonnaise, and mozzarella cheese.
Torta Cubana
Filled with steak, chicken, ham, franks, egg, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, avocado sauce, mozzarella cheese.
Mulitas
Two corn tortillas with your choice of meat, cilantro, onion, avocado sauce and cheese stuffed in between the two tortillas.
Sopes
Thick corn tortilla base with beans, your choice of meat, lettuce, sour cream and cheese.
Quesadilla
12 inch flour tortilla with choice of meat with mozzarella cheese. Filled with lettuce, tomato, sour cream and avocado sauce.

What I got; Al Pastor burrito with a Pineapple drink. Total amount paid: $18.

The flavor of the burrito was great, no doubt. My only concern was the miniature size of the thing! The size of my hand was bigger than the burrito and surely it’s much smaller than the photo uploaded by the food truck. Conclusion; I understand prices have gone up but I don’t believe the flavor alone justifies the $13 price.

The pineapple drink was OK, decent....

Quessabirria is to die for! So tasty and I'll be back for more of it ?

Note that the food truck doesn't have indoor air conditioned seating. Brutal for these hot summer days. But their fruity Agua Fresca will cool ya off

Hands down the absolute best taco truck in Raleigh area, and yes I've tried just about every one working on different projects throughout the city and surrounding areas. Their al pastor tacos are delicious, all fresh ingredients, even the beans have so much flavor. We eat here any chance we get. I only wish they stayed open a little later, they're always closed by the time we want dinner.
