Such a cute little spot in downtown Wake Forest. The owners were so friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they care about what they make and the people coming in. The strawberry donut was my favorite - I was told they use a strawberry purée and it was SO good. Everything looked amazing though, it was hard to choose so I got a make-your-own sampler.

The girls at the fitness studio I go to all rave about Plant Cakes so I had to check it out. I picked up some GF donuts and cupcakes to try before my Pilates class and they did not disappoint! 10/10. I will say the donuts are very cake like compared to “traditional” donuts but I actually like these much better. The icing on the cupcakes was heavenly.
