We were a couple of weary travelers when we arrived at Hinnant Vineyards to spend the night with the Harvest Host RV program. Much to our delight, Cattail Q truck was serving out front. When we got our trailer parked and dogs exercised, we wandered back to the truck and they had just closed for the day. They took pity on our sad faces (including dogs) and honored us with a generous heap of pork and brisket and sauce. MY OH MY the best dang Q we have ever had. Been to some famous joints in Texas, Kansas, Tennessee. Cattail Q beat them all. Truly incredible. Our little freezer in the travel trailer is full and we will eat like piggy royalty. Yee Haw!

We went to the DeWayne's Christmas open house and ate at the Cattail Q's food truck. We had the brisket. It was tender and delicious! The sauce was delicious too!

We planned our trip to Hinnant Vineyard to make sure we would go when the food truck was there, which definitely made the day there a lot better. The staff is very friendly! I ordered the BBQ sandwich which was great and my wife ordered the Brisket Nachos which was also delicious. The fried pickles were just ok but they sure give you a plentiful amount. I just wish his ribs were available to order from the food truck that day. Hopefully next time!

I ordered food at thIs food truck nearby. It was outstanding. The brisket nachos had macaroni and cheese with them. Also a scoop of slaw on the bbq sandwich.
We had the CattailQ food truck in Eden Woods in Smithfield tonight from 5:30 to 8:00pm. The food and service were great. This was the first time in our neighborhood and we had a very good turnout. Can't wait for Brad to come back. They can also serve seafood if requested. Awesome food. Hurry back.
