The food is always great also we had a wonderful waitress but when a couple goes out to eat they act like a snuggled booth I so wish they had boths and table like some like bit booths is more romantic and private hey I really don't care to socialize when on a date with my husband. The is awesome so is the waitress the atmosphere needs low light and some booths between everyone isalike. I think we will go somewhere else until we see a change.

Although there's a lot of great restaurants in Zebulon, this one would be good for special occasions and date nights. It can be pricey if you're looking for a steak though, but that's typical.Parking: Parking lot is packed most weekends, so come early or on a off night.

We ordered two ribeyes and both were cooked exactly as we asked for. Steaks had a light seasoning that complimented the meat. I had a side of mushroom risotto which was very tasty as well. Most definitely will go there again!

Rib steak was cooked perfectly, medium rare and was tender. Very good service. Everyone enjoyed their meal. This is now our steakhouse of choice.

This place here is a best kept secret, but not after this review, it will be the next big hit resteraunt. Add it to the list for fine dining that won't break the bank.
This is my fourth time going to Southland and the food is always great. The place is generally packed and doesn't take reservations, so seating may take awhile. The servers are attentive but often a little overwhelmed, and the owner is usually out acting as floor manager willing to personally make sure customers are taken care of if there are any issues.

This was my second experience and I loved it. Both times were for birthdays for parents. My only regret is that we didn't arrive early enough to try the Prime Rib. The ribeye, however, was excellent!!! Great service, great food and great atmosphere!!! I will return.
