It was my first time eating at the Margarita House and I absolutely loved it! Me & my boyfriend both had delicious meals and our server, Fernanza, was incredible! The waitress was efficient, polite, and quick to serve us. She definitely deserves a raise! 10/10 will certainly return to this restaurant. This has now become my favorite spot in Zebulon, NC for Mexican cuisine.
The service is friendly and the restaurant is well staffed. They provide generous portions, we have not tried their desserts as we are always satisfied with our entrée. The food is nicely seasoned, and the salsa they provide with the corn chips is just right. Their affordable pricing means Margarita House is our go-to restaurant in the Zebulon area.

We tried Margarita House Bar & Grill and it was very good. Their menu had lots of great options and the food was really good. I got the Fajita Nachos, my wife got the Carne Asada, and the rest of our group got burritos. Everything tasted great. My only complaint would be we had to ask for silverware when our food arrived and had to wait quite a bit to get it. I chalk this up to how busy they were on a Friday night.
