The quality of employee has been steadily declining for 3 years, now.Went from great customer service to... it's not really bad customer service...I don't know how to describe it. I've ordered from this location many times over the year through Grub Hub but never again. Got a 3rd of the way through the salad only to see an extra item I didn't order. I called the store. They offered to make me another, which I declined. I order delivery due to mobility issues. In addition, unless they throw out the previous lettuce, what's the point?
