Yesterday, was our first time trying this taco truck and it will not be the last. It’s our new favorite. We tried the Bucha with apprehension, but wow it was good. We had a great conversation with the owners son and even better food. Not sure what we will try next time, but I know it will be good.
My wife and I tried the both the Carne Asada tacos and tortas and they definitely know what they are doing here. The food was so tasty and well seasoned yall smh ??♂️. You can tell the Chef put a lot of careful attention and detail into delivering a good product. I would recommend to folks seeking some authentic taco truck style food that is served fast(hence their name Veloz). Also all the produce was so freshly moist and tasty I had to give them a shoutout as well..thanks.
