“Visited for an online pickup order we placed. We ended up having to wait a while longer than anticipated, but we were very happy with the customer service we received while waiting. Multiple employees checked on us and were overall very friendly. And it was nice to see this place pretty full on a Friday evening! Food was great, too.“

Food was AMAZING staff was as friendly as they come greeting us as we walked in and telling us to have a good night on our way out. “We had Pickabob at our community days event and heard great feedback from the community! I personally had the brisket nachos for $14.50 and they fed 2 of us without a problem. The brisket was so flavorful! I also sat at a table of people who had various items from the menu and everyone enjoyed their food. 10/10 recommend!“

Ironically, we had enough time while standing there to read their LEAD acronym guide that was posted behind the desk. The first two, listen an empathize, must have slipped the hostess's mind as she didn't indicate that she cared about our wait or that we were leaving to eat at the competitor. The lady who was seating people made the comment that a bunch of the servers went on break at the same time. It seems that scheduling is another area that needs improvement at this establishment.“

“We ordered lunch for a work event. I emailed the manager asking for gluten-free options and they were so awesome and accommodating. She told me the options they had and I stated we were worried about cross-contamination and when it was delivered, they went above and beyond and kept everything separate. I highly recommend this restaurant. The food was amazing.“
