Anima Cucina is our favorite place for date night and for coffee meetings. The food is delicious and unique, the staff is always lovely. It’s gives big city vibes with all the ease and friendliness of small city life.

Coffee tasted as if it had been sitting for a long time. Customer service was very poor. This is usually the case, except for the mornings.

Jason always does a superb job! He’s hospitable, knowledgeable and an artist when it comes to making coffee!
Likewise with the chef…. My chirizo (sp?) scramble and salad were outstanding! So so yummy!

The muffuletta was delicious and a good value, very fresh and filling. Services was fine and dining area was clean, they should have some music playing tho to make the vibe better.

Very nice employees. I had a vanilla latte and it was really good. The coffee had a very pleasant taste and the vanilla added just enough sweetness that I didn’t need sugar but also wasn’t like candy.

Was a delightful day to be in Anima Cacino.
Delicious quiche, scrumptious toast with orange marmalade preserves were the start of a perfect day of rest.
Thank you!

Favorite coffee in town. Their standard drip has as much character as any other beverage on the menu. It’s like when a team is only as good as their weakest player….and their weakest player is just so good.

They were not a lot of options for brunch in the area, but we took a look at this menu and decide to give it a try on the main street here in Bismarck. The options were slightly limited, but the food was excellent! Presentation was not left out, and we were all in awe!
I ordered the mushroom scramble, and the eggs were cooked beautifully with a plethora of grilled mushrooms within the scramble. The salad would shared. The other half of the plate was delicious with the vinaigrette dressing and amazingly delicious tomato topping. Try the corn molasses toast, you won’t regret it!
(sorry, I don’t have a picture of the food🫣)

The other two ordered the chorizo scramble which he said, reminded him of Mexico and the hash which was devoured so completely and quickly we barely saw the plate…

Always love Anima’s food, but this time it was the absolute best we’ve ever had!! We had them come to our house for a backyard grad party in Aug. Everyone loved it and all the varieties of pizzas.

One of my favorite Bismarck restaurants. Best wine selection in town. The new food menu is great.

The cutest cafe. I have always had good service, whether it is on the cafe side or the wine bar. The staff has always answered questions and given recommendations that have been on-point! Today, I opted for a miel and carrot cake scone - both were delicious.
