We were unexpectedly iced into Bismarck during our travels and stumbled upon a gem – Gideons, a fantastic brewery. Despite most places being closed, a dedicated and hospitable brewer took us in, serving us great beer and ensuring our pizza order at the neighboring spot was placed before closing. I was only in Bismarck for Sat/Sun/Mon. Unfortunately, Gideon's is closed on Sundays, so I had to wait for my last night. Too bad -- I'd love to go again.They have a really nice variety of beers and their Butter Beer was a unique experience.The server was especially nice. So patient and lovely to talk with. Absolutely incredible brews and even better staff. Mind blowing service from people that are beyond passionate about this wonderful place. Menu is constantly changing with beers, IPAs, sours, and even seltzers that are so diverse and unique you'll struggle to find something you don't like. Honestly my favorite bar in Bismarck by a country mile.
