I didn’t know a sirloin steak could be tender. I was told to try it and I wasn’t disappointed. And the Patron margarita was so smooth, & of course delicious!

When I tried to pick up our food my sister ordered, a guy brought out my food, tried to give it to someone else by the other door, brought it back to me then snatched it away again he didn't let me check the name and told me I need to show a number on my phone or he's not going to give me the food, I had to prove the foods mine? I've NEVER had to do all that before because we've been eating here for as long as we lived here and all they usually asked for was a name. So he was doing too much for no reason on a power trip and he had no respect just gave attitude the whole time. Not eating here for awhile

I arrived and sat for almost 8 minutes before being greeted. Only 5 people seated and that was including my husband and myself. Ordered drinks and was told a 5 minute wait. No problem I have no issue waiting however over 10 minutes later no drinks and the server had yet to return to my table. Finally server comes back out but still no bartender. Another few minutes and bartender arrives. Spends several minutes doing who knows what.... cashing out tickets is what it appeared. He then continued to do whatever while also HEAVILY sniffling. The sniffling will make more sense momentarily. He makes our drinks and then bounces around like a high functioning squirrel cracked out on cocaine. Ordered all you can eat... food comes out.. we sit 10 minutes waiting to order more od the all you can eat. No server in sight we decided enough was enough and tabbed out.
The staff needs to be re-trained on how to br a server. Your staff should also undergo drug testing considering the bartender was definitely under the influence. Before a comment comes as to why I didn't contact the manager. She was busy speaking with a customer about a job and then many inappropriate things. I didn't feel comfortable speaking to her

Yesterday march 1,2025. We went to eat there. While we waited to be seated a lady asked how many and I said 10. She told us that the waitress didn’t want another big table she already had two! I asked for a couple of tables closer together and she said I don’t think we can do that. She was rude and the staff didn’t want to serve a large group. She acted like she didn’t want to even serve the 4 of us. Rude seater. I don’t go out to eat much so I leave big tips but I won’t recommend this to anyone anymore.

The waitress Megan sucked she was slow got or orders wrong and made us wait like 30 for our ticket after we finished eating
The food was decent, though I'd say it bordered heavily on bland. Our waitress was pushy and tried to rush us into ordering, which made me flustered, and I ended up ordering the wrong side. The place was clean and the other wait staff were friendly.

Hair in the food. The wait staff was awful they walked up to our table. And the first word was sorry we are understaff. Not my problem. Fries Ice cold ❄️ silverware was not clean need I go on. Will never eat at that Applebee's again.
