Possibly in my Top 5 for restaurants in Bismarck! I have never been dissatisfied once when I've eaten here, and it has been a family favorite when I've dined in with my parents and siblings. I would recommend going for a to-go order if you're going alone, unless you have a large enough appetite to take advantage of the all-you-can-eat buffet. The service is great the food is however you make it and if you don't care for it will start over. It's been my favorite place to eat for at least 10.Vegetarian options: It's whatever vegetables you want to use. You dish up your ingredients then they cook for you

This is the second HuHot location we visited, and we really enjoyed this one as well. The chefs are great, the waiters are very friendly and attentive. The food is delicious, as always. We only wish they would open a location in CA.
