we waited for 15 minutes with only 4 occupied tables in the restaurant and watched the manager walk out on his phone and didn’t come to help until we were walking out the door. very disappointed

When we got there the host was going to sit us but this guy from the kitchen said "don't sit them we are backed up." Then we sat there for 10 minutes and the host comes back and tells the other people sitting next to us waiting that there is a 20 minute wait before they could sit anyone. I feel like they could have not said that in front of us or at least tell us about the wait. Not cool!

My boneless wings were pretty dried out and lacked sauce, and all of our food was incredibly salty. I was practically dehydrated afterward from the amount of sodium, and I'm a healthy person. Our server had poor hygiene (I'm trying to put it mildly) and she was struggling to keep her composure for unknown reasons. Unfortunately, our experience was mediocre at best. I'm not planning on spending another $50 there any time soon.

I had holiday meal- blackened salmon and double crusted shrimp along with steamed broccoli and Mashed potatoes. It was $20 and worth itMy friend had the classic cheese burger. It was huge and she loved it.

They had half priced appetizers and $5 spooky drinks. Two of us dined for less $20. Pauline our server was prompt and friendly. The bartender made a delicious drink! We had the chicken wontons, so yummy! Love the crunchiness! We also had the loaded waffles fries which thick and stay crisp loaded with all the cheesiness goodness!
