“Nobody asked, but I just overheard one of my staff members tell a customer “I have the best manager, she got us Laughing Sun as catering for our Christmas party!” If you’re on the fence about who to book for your next event, take this as your sign! Order here! I had to stop arguments about how much each individual could take for leftovers. Ps, a little oil and Laughing Sun’s pulled pork fried in a yellow corn tortillas with cheese and some of their bbq sauce drizzled is the way to go when reheating 😉 Thank you laughing sun! “Was there today after horrendous thunderstorms for a kids birthday party. Employees were friendly, constantly checking on us, and so courteous. . Food was good. I had to wonder why we don't visit here more often. have you ever tried their loaded baked potatoes? Made the decision to do lunch there and check their specials (happy hour, half price appetizers). Nicest employees ever! Felt they all enjoyed working there. Best fries I've had in a long time.“

“My friend and I went 2/23/25 for lunch. No spinach dip available. Salmon on house greens salad was excellent. Friend had steak, Mashed potatoes and broccoli. She was very satisfied. Menus were dirty, floors were unclean, table had all sorts of fingerprints.“

“We love Amanda and her team! Many of our clients ask for catering recommendations and we always mention them. They have a great selection, they are always on time and our clients rave when they have the BBQ. Amanda is known to get creative with her menu so don't hesitate to call for ideas! They offer our clients a discount when you book at the venue so if you are looking for a discount, make sure you mention your party is at the 701 Venue!“

“So we got food from The Firepit for Thanksgiving. I have to admit. This is the absolute best food ever! Everyone was so happy with everything. My daughter and I don’t even like beans but we both absolutely loved them. We got rib tips (instead of turkey), cowboy beans, mac-n-cheese, sweet potato casserole, and corn muffins. It was so good that we will be doing it for Christmas now too! Thank you so much!“
