I had a mishap with my order. I called as I made a pickup order. She explained but told me I would receive discount. Never did. Submitted a survey with bww. No response. Apparently y’all don’t care
We've been eating at Buffalo Wild Wings for years because our kids like to have it. We are never impressed and have low expectations when we get it for ourselves and once again they disappointed us! The wings were all swimming in pools of sauce making them inedible. The sauce omn the wings was ridiculous. We make them all the time at home and they are always great. I think we're officially done with this restaurant.
