I came in for the first time today, and this will likely be my last time as well. The lady that greeted me was kind and very approachable however there was a man at the counter talking politics with what I would assume were customers. Frankly overhearing his conversation I was uncomfortable and felt like he would have been judging me. I absolutely love this shop! I order from them pretty regularly on DoorDash. I finally found the location in town. I forgot the young lady name (i came in on Friday 4/29 @3:15pm) but she was Soooooo nice and her customer service skills are ON POINT! She is very informed with the products and what they do. I walked in to look at some tea. I have been looking for some earl grey lavender and it was over priced. The staff was also looming over me and it was very off putting. Most likely will buy online and recommend others to do the same.
