Food is almost always cold. No clue why they are inconsistent about making food then letting it sit and get to room temp before it’s served.

Tried to order pickup for the family and was unable to order more than 10 wings. I tested other locations with the same order and it seemed to work fine, but this location had the issue of every size other than 10 was unavailable, and no wings were available after the first one.

Please never order delivery from here if you want missing food or sauces. I ordered through their Buffalo Wild Wings delivery and received no sauce for my wings. There is no way for any of us to pick up the sauces and the Manager wanted us to personally contact DoorDash to get another dasher. But I didn’t order through DoorDash so there is no way for them to help me. Honestly if you’re going to eat there just go in person. Their delivery is terrible, so disappointed.

We did a walk in order and we live about 20 minutes away. I called the store a 2nd time, and spoke with Jesse. I wanted to make sure the wings that we didn't get the 1st time, after we got home. That the new one's we were going back to pick up were fresh. He said he would make sure, and that is all we received.

I’ve been a loyal customer here for many years, but my recent visits have convinced me to take my business elsewhere. What was once a fun, energetic spot has steadily declined into a disappointing, almost unrecognizable experience.

Quality of the Food:
• Wings arrive stiff, overcooked, and virtually meatless—often more batter than actual chicken.
• Sauces are haphazardly applied, leaving some wings drenched while others are embarrassingly dry.
• Sides and condiments frequently go missing or are thrown into the bag with zero care when ordering online.

Service & Atmosphere:
• No host at the entrance during peak hours—customers are left wandering and waiting in the lobby for extended periods.
• Staff appear disengaged and disinterested, as though serving you is a personal inconvenience.
• Requests for simple things like refills are met with impatience or outright annoyance.

Unprofessional Behavior:
• I’ve witnessed employees smoking vapes and cigarettes by the dumpster outside—and the smell has even infiltrated the dining room.
• During one visit, a visibly frustrated staff member punched a wall in the kitchen, startling customers throughout the restaurant.

Online Ordering Nightmare:
• Nine times out of ten, orders arrive incorrect, incomplete, or carelessly packed.
• On my last order, a manager kindly offered a $20 gift card—which turned out to have zero balance when I tried to redeem it elsewhere. Returning to the restaurant for clarification was met with rudeness and flat refusal to help.

Overall, the service is sluggish, the food is subpar, and the management seems indifferent to customer feedback. Sadly, this location’s decline has been so pronounced that I can no longer recommend it. There are far better options in Bismarck—save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

We waited for at least 10 minutes to be greeted, then our Server did not bring silverware or ketchup so I had to go find some. She didn’t check on us. One time didn’t refill water and I had to go ask for our check. The service was terrible

Waited 10 mins to take orders, got our food 10 mins later wasn’t checked on at all until after our food had arrived, didn’t get us forks, had to ask. the table next to us had a similar experience. Had to ask other servers for more food and drinks, meanwhile he helped only a 30 top. Failed to listen while taking orders. Waiting more than an hour to finally get check and other parts of order really sucked. Do better Avery

The food was fantastic. My fiance and I decided to go out for a date. Our server jay was absolutely awesome he had a smile, talked with us a bit, and was fast. Thanks for an amazing dinner date guys keep up the good work.
