Every single time I come to this Burger King I am disappointed. I feel like it is a simple enough request not to put a certain sauce onto a chicken sandwich due to an allergy reason but it seems like every time I come I get the sauce put on my sandwich anyway, which makes it so I am no longer able to eat it. I am now home and out the money for my sandwich. On top of it I was not given any marinara sauce for my cheese sticks.

Just something new for a change all we have here is subway and
Lady was very rude at drive thru window. She forgot half my items that I bought, forgot my sauces then i tried to ask for more and she tried to charge me extra for a sauce packet. There's a reason this location closes down over and over. Get it right, be nice to the customer and don't argue with a customer who is always right. Our family will never be back to burger king this is ridiculous. Spent $30 in food and the lady was tripping about getting the sauce we ordered with our nuggets.

at the drive thru. we told them that one of our sandwiches are missing. then one girl came over and said it was in the side of the bag and we showed her it wasn’t she then continued to yell and said we took it out and slammed the window. she gave us another one a few minutes later then again slammed the window

Ordered a double whopper with bacon, onion rings, and Swiss cheese added on. I pick up my order and drive 10 min home only to discover that nothing about what they gave me was correct. I paid $3 for all the up charges I added and what they gave me was basic whopper. So I had to drive all the way back. This is not the first time this had happened at this location. Will definitely not be back after this experience.

In my opinion, one of the better fast food places to eat. The fries are very underated. I have unfortuntaly had a few incorrect orders, i'd say slightly more than average. I love going into the building though as I am always welcomed.
