Normally we try to stay away from the Burger King but it was 10 pm and we had just landed in Bismarck after driving all day. I suffered easily the world’s worst chicken filet sandwich. My spouse consumed an equally disgraceful Big Fish sandwich. Both possibly spent a little too much time in the oil. Or it was Luke warm. Then there was the watery milkshake that tasted like cake icing.

Drive thru experience, drive through staff was friendly and helpful, asked me if I wanted a spoon for my shake! Chochy shake was a great thickness not too runny, amazing! Salt Bae is ON their game tonight 💯 Never had a bad bk experience 10/10 honey 👌

Had a drive thru order tonight, they were busy. The order we received was incorrect. I went into the facility and the staff ensured it was promptly fixed and apologized. I’ve been here a few times and the staff has always been nice and friendly. It’s nice to see kind people working customer service jobs knowing how short of staff they are and dealing with different personalities throughout the day. Thank You!

Was hoping would be better than a few years ago, unfortunately not the case. Went inside to order, ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. One other couple in the whole place waiting for food and the drive-thru too. From start to finish took 26 minutes to get my food.

Worst burger king staff rude! Didn't out lid on my soda all the way and it spilled all over my lap thru drive thru and said have a good day and shut the window. I had to go back around for forgotten items and to ask for a new lid

Tongs in the floor, store was filthy, soda machine was practically empty with only a few flavors available. Food took well over 25 minutes.. won’t be back.

Worst meal ever at a Burger King. Got a whopper meal, meat was burnt, toppings were soggand slopped onto the burger. It was flat like it had been put in a microwave after throwing it together. I was the only person in the place.(now i know why). FF were so salty I could barely eat them. Threw half of it in the trash. Freaky looking sourpuss walking around emptying trash cans. Only bright spot was girl taking the order. Even the so called managers standing around looked like they would Wayne anywhere else. Disgusting.
