I made my order by the app in the way to store, when I get there, (few minutes after) my order was ready ( 2 impossible burgers), so fast! Got home in like 5 minutes, both burgers was almost cold and the patties was so hard that looks like a cardboard. 😕 well…I think they gave me old burgers.

Clean burger king, but if you order on the app they make the food immediately. I have never encountered that. The manager on duty threw a fit when we requested a replacement for our cold food. Go to Mandan. Never had a problem there.

Normally we try to stay away from the Burger King but it was 10 pm and we had just landed in Bismarck after driving all day. I suffered easily the world’s worst chicken filet sandwich. My spouse consumed an equally disgraceful Big Fish sandwich. Both possibly spent a little too much time in the oil. Or it was Luke warm. Then there was the watery milkshake that tasted like cake icing.

Drive thru experience, drive through staff was friendly and helpful, asked me if I wanted a spoon for my shake! Chochy shake was a great thickness not too runny, amazing! Salt Bae is ON their game tonight 💯 Never had a bad bk experience 10/10 honey 👌

Had a drive thru order tonight, they were busy. The order we received was incorrect. I went into the facility and the staff ensured it was promptly fixed and apologized. I’ve been here a few times and the staff has always been nice and friendly. It’s nice to see kind people working customer service jobs knowing how short of staff they are and dealing with different personalities throughout the day. Thank You!
