Caribou Coffee offers fast service and good coffee, according to several reviews. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. A few customers found the staff to be less than friendly and the environment to be quite loud. There have been issues with the breakfast burritos being slightly burnt and not receiving a straw with a drive-thru drink order. Additionally, some customers have been disappointed with the amount of cream cheese given, despite being charged extra for it. It is suggested that the staff use a quieter method for making hot drinks and be more attentive to drive-thru customers.
